ailocalseo.ai ("we", "us") operates a local-SEO service that uses AI agents to audit, monitor, and prepare weekly optimization work for small business owners. This page describes what we collect, how we use it, and how to reach us about it.

What we collect

Contact info you give us — name, email, phone, business name, service-area, website. Submitted through forms on this site or through Calendly when you book a strategy call.
Public business data we look up on your behalf — Google Business Profile listings, third-party citation pages, local-pack rank, and organic search rank. This is public data we query via DataForSEO and equivalent providers.
Authorized account data (paying clients only) — with your explicit consent during onboarding, we access read-only Google Business Profile Performance metrics and Google Search Console search analytics via OAuth refresh tokens stored encrypted on our servers. You can revoke access at any time.
Site analytics — anonymized page views and conversion events via Vercel Analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and schedule a strategy call.
To produce an audit report you can review before signing.
For active clients: to generate your weekly dashboard, weekly report PDF, and paste-ready optimization artifacts.
To send you occasional product updates (you can unsubscribe).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the sub-processors required to operate the service: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (lead and audit storage), Anthropic and OpenAI (model inference, no training on your data), DataForSEO (public rank data lookups), Resend (transactional email), and Calendly (scheduling). For active clients, we also use the Google Business Profile and Google Search Console APIs against your account with the scopes you authorize.

Retention

Lead form submissions are retained for 24 months. Free audit reports auto-expire after 30 days. Active-client dashboards and run snapshots are retained for the duration of your engagement plus 12 months for portability and dispute resolution.

Your rights

Email privacy@ailocalseo.ai to request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. We will respond within 30 days. California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and EU/UK residents have additional rights under CCPA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, UCPA, GDPR, and UK GDPR — we honor those requests on the same terms.

Children

The service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

We'll post any material change here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
